Cracking the code : how SeaRider Solved the Biggest Challenge is Electric Watercraft
For decades, electric watercraft have been stuck in a loop. Faster means heavier. Lighter means shorter range. And the more batteries you add, the harder it becomes to keep the ride exciting — and truly accessible. The vicious cycle of weight, power, and autonomy has long held back innovation.
At SEARIDER, we chose a different path.
The problem
Electric propulsion in marine environments comes with unique constraints. Water creates enormous drag, demanding more power to glide smoothly. But adding more batteries increases weight — and weight reduces both range and agility. It’s a dead end.
This is why most electric jet skis on the market are still underwhelming in real conditions: they’re either slow, bulky, or have very short autonomy. Riders are forced to compromise.

Our Breakthrough
Our approach flipped the equation.
By designing a low-voltage dual motor system, we unlocked the ability to use swappable, plug & play batteries — smaller, lighter, and safer. Instead of relying on one massive battery, SEARIDER lets riders swap in fresh packs in seconds.
This means:
• Longer rides without long recharges
• Better power-to-weight ratio
• Agility and fun back on the water
Why it matters ?
SEARIDER isn’t just an electric watercraft — it’s a new vehicle.
A fusion of rideable tech, intuitive design, and modular innovation.
We’re not following the rules. We’re rewriting them.
